About the Role

The Company is a global biopharmaceutical firm dedicated to the development and commercialization of immune-based therapies. They are in search of a VP, Head of US Marketing to play a pivotal role in the company's evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the marketing organization, with a focus on the future franchise and marketing efforts for potential follow-on molecules. This senior leadership position is critical as the company transitions into a fully integrated, commercial-stage biopharma entity. The role involves significant travel and a commitment to regular engagement with the sales team, key customers, and industry meetings. Applicants must have a BS/BA in a business or related discipline, with an MBA strongly preferred, and at least 15 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries. A background in I&I with launch experience is required, and experience in MS and SLE is strongly preferred. The role demands a proven track record in competitive markets, the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, and a deep understanding of commercial functions. The ideal candidate will be a true team player, highly analytical, and a resourceful problem solver, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
