Senior SEO Manager
to join our team and lead high-impact SEO initiatives across a diverse client portfolio. About the Role The
Senior SEO Manager
will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies for a variety of clients across multiple verticals. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to improve search engine visibility, drive organic growth, and enhance overall digital performance. This role requires a
data-driven, analytical, and creative
thinker who stays ahead of SEO trends and can adapt strategies to align with ever-changing search algorithms. The ideal candidate has
6+ years of hands-on experience in SEO
and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution Develop and execute
comprehensive SEO strategies
tailored to each clients industry, goals, and audience. Conduct
technical SEO audits
to identify and resolve website issues impacting performance. As well as to help with new business development. Perform
keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
to uncover new growth opportunities. Collaborate with content teams to develop
SEO-driven content strategies , including blogs, landing pages, and evergreen content. Optimize website architecture, internal linking, schema markup, and site speed for improved crawlability and rankings. Develop and manage
local SEO strategies
for clients with multi-location businesses. Client & Team Collaboration Work directly with clients to
present insights, recommendations, and performance reports
while managing expectations and driving results. Partner with
design, development, and paid media teams
to ensure SEO is integrated across all digital marketing efforts. Stay up-to-date with
Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies
to keep clients ahead of the competition. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Utilize SEO tools like
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and BrightEdge
to track performance and identify opportunities. Analyze
traffic trends, keyword rankings, and conversion data
to inform optimization efforts. Provide detailed reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams. What Were Looking For 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience
in an agency setting, managing multiple clients across various industries. Strong knowledge of
technical SEO, content strategy, local SEO, and e-commerce SEO
best practices. Experience with
enterprise-level SEO strategies
and familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Magento, and custom CMSs. Proven success in improving organic search visibility, increasing traffic, and driving conversions. Exceptional analytical skills with experience using
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio . Ability to communicate
complex SEO concepts to clients and stakeholders
in a clear and actionable manner. Experience working cross-functionally with
content, web development, and digital marketing teams . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus Points + Experience with
international SEO and multi-language websites . + Familiarity with
programmatic SEO, AI-driven content optimization, or automation tools . + Knowledge of
