Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicles, is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Customer Marketing team supporting innovative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Manager Location: Foster City, CA What's the Job? Develop and execute a comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategy for the organization. Build, QA, and launch Lifecycle journeys in a marketing automation tool independently. Use subject matter expertise to recommend tactics to suggest campaign improvements. Be the main marketing contact on the cross-functional team to set up and maintain Customer Relationship Management tools. Analyze and report on campaign performance, sharing recommendations to optimize campaigns. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 6 years in a marketing role, with a focus on lifecycle marketing. Power user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and some experience with Salesforce Data Cloud. Understanding of customer relationship management systems. Highly motivated and proactive, capable of working independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment. What's in it for me?
