We are a fast-growing venture that is laser focused on building a real estate platform that will be the great equalizer, giving the average person a way to compete and win in a housing market that is increasingly skewed toward cash buyers and institutional investors. This role is 100% remote . We tend to work EST/CT hours, but are flexible and empowering. We will get together monthly for strategic meetings and offsites, rotating between NY/Chicago/LA depending on weather and seasonality. This will require 10-20% travel (2-4 days a month). Responsibilities: Develop and establish RealSure’s groundbreaking brand positioning and vision consistent with the company’s values and value proposition. Build and rapidly grow brand awareness for a truly differentiated product offering in the residential real estate and instant buying (iBuying) space. Partner closely with the CEO, CMO, and other leaders across the business to bring our mission and values to life in memorable stories, compelling experiences, and effective messages. Provide creative leadership for the RealSure brand, acting as the brand czar to ensure that creative is consistent across all touchpoints and channels reaching consumers and agents. Oversee all aspects of the brand ensuring quality, engagement, and consistency. Build, manage and develop a team of agency and freelance professionals to enable best-in-class creation and execution of all creative assets. Identify key marketing, advertising, and branding opportunities for RealSure. Develop the necessary tools to ensure the team has the right frameworks and processes to deliver exceptional work on time and on budget. Manage relationships with cross-functional leaders and teams across RealSure to concept campaigns. Leverage consumer data and insights to ensure all creative work is grounded in RealSure’s strategy and business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Design. 10 years executive experience with a balance of brand/marketing/content experience, both in-house and agency preferred. 5 years of experience managing people, department and/or function. Strong track record of developing and delivering impactful national consumer marketing campaigns. Exceptional listener who is always pushing for brand perfection but also able to balance that with the needs of the business. This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado. J-18808-Ljbffr
