About a Job:
Spellman HV is seeking a full-time Marketing Project Manager to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for implementing and managing marketing projects in support of Spellman's strategic priorities, utilizing cross functional resources and multiple platforms including Social, digital and traditional media. Reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
What You Will Do:
Our good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is $77,000 to $94,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a highly competitive benefits package.
This position offers a hybrid work model, blending remote flexibility with required in-office days for optimal collaboration and productivity at Spellman High Voltage headquarters in Hauppauge, NY.

Spellman HV is seeking a full-time Marketing Project Manager to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for implementing and managing marketing projects in support of Spellman's strategic priorities, utilizing cross functional resources and multiple platforms including Social, digital and traditional media. Reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and manage marketing project plans, including day-to-day execution and coordination with cross-functional and global internal teams as well as external vendors. Project planning responsibility includes setting deadlines, tracking actions to completion, specs, committing assets, budgeting, vendor coordination, reporting, and final delivery.
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of relevant domestic and international trade shows; contracting space; managing booth design, graphics, signage and display preparation; messaging and positioning; samples and placement; staffing, logistics and set up / tear down.
- Collaborates with the internal marketing team for design, content development and implementation of digital, print, and other projects within all marketing campaigns.
- Collaborates with business unit leaders and other stakeholders to develop marketing strategies to support their business objectives, e.g. growth, market position, messaging.
- Participates in the management and allocation of the annual marketing budget.
- SEO / Web Branding: Work with Sales and IT teams to develop and improve web content, navigation and optimization. Drive Social media campaigns promoting the Spellman brand.
- PR/Email Campaigns and Newsletters: Writing or collection and development of content and style, managing/building the media distribution list; dissemination to website and internal channels.
- B-B marketing and/or communications experience, including trade show management, with the ability to plan and implement a strategic, integrated marketing approach
- High-tech/electronic products marketing background a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Detail oriented and creative problem solver.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of three years' experience in marketing, project management, communications or related fields, technical degree a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts as well as project management tools/practices
- Occasional travel
