The Walmart Connect (WMC) Growth Marketing team is seeking a Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager with extensive experience in developing marketing campaigns, utilizing marketing technology to design customer journeys, and leveraging data to drive decisions. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration and have a proven track record in B2B marketing. What you'll do: Develop and optimize B2B marketing campaigns that create engaging, personalized customer journeys based on their lifecycle stages. Utilize marketing technology to design, build, and launch omni-channel customer journeys that deliver measurable impacts on key segments. Leverage WMC’s first-party data to analyze customer behaviors, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Partner Development, Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. Contribute to WMC’s culture, mission, and goals by building relationships, operating with excellence, staying curious, and embracing a growth mindset. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field OR 7 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Extensive experience in B2B marketing campaign development, with a proven ability to design and optimize personalized customer journeys. Proficiency with martech tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media analytics tools for Meta and LinkedIn. Strong data-driven mindset with experience in using attribution models and experimentation to measure the incremental lift of customer journeys. Impeccable communication and organizational skills that facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and project execution. Ability to rapidly assess and adjust priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, dealing with ambiguity, and engaging in challenging discussions. Preferred Qualifications: 10 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven record of driving revenue at scale. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification or similar certifications. Expertise in cross-channel and cross-platform marketing and media landscape, with experience in evolving analytics and measurement capabilities.
