Data Analysis & Insights:
Lead the analysis of complex marketing datasets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and guide data-informed decision-making to optimize campaigns and improve ROAS. Strategic Contributions:
Provide thought leadership on analytics best practices, industry trends, and innovative approaches to problem-solving. Use advanced analytical thinking to tackle ambiguous problems, synthesize complex information, and provide clear, strategic guidance for decision-making. Reporting & Visualization:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, ensuring clarity and accuracy in visualized data. A/B Testing Expertise:
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate marketing strategies. Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on test results. Performance Measurement:
Design and implement KPIs for marketing initiatives, tracking the effectiveness of campaigns across various channels. Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to track performance metrics and ensure data alignment across projects. Data Integrity:
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by implementing rigorous QA processes and working closely with engineering as needed. Qualifications
Experience:
5+ years in marketing analytics or a related role. Experience in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools for data visualization. Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting marketing performance metrics. Intermediate SQL proficiency. Analytical Skills:
Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics and analytics methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets. Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
