Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role:

The Oxford Method seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to bring big ideas to life across multiple brands and campaigns. This role requires a highly creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, balancing innovative design with performance-driven marketing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and push creative boundaries to develop visually compelling work that delivers results.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will be able to oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed on time. You will also be able to use your knowledge of design software to do these responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, and account teams to develop visually stunning campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Branding & Identity: Design and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for various clients, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Multi-Channel Design: Create high-impact visuals for digital ads, social media, print, websites, presentations, and out-of-home campaigns.
  • Motion Graphics & Video (Preferred): Design motion graphics, animations, and video assets for digital and social media advertising.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop creative assets for paid and organic media campaigns, ensuring performance-driven design that enhances engagement and conversions.
  • Client Collaboration: Present creative concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and refine designs to align with their vision and brand standards.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee junior designers and freelancers, providing mentorship, direction, and constructive feedback.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of design trends, advertising best practices, and emerging digital platforms to enhance the agency’s creative output.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
  • Experience: 6+ years in graphic design, preferably within an advertising agency, marketing firm, or creative studio.
  • Creative Excellence: Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality branding, advertising, and campaign work across digital and traditional media.
  • Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Typography & Layout Mastery: Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Motion & Video (Preferred): Experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion graphics tools is a plus.
  • Web & UX/UI Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of web design, landing page optimization, and conversion-based design is beneficial.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to pitch ideas, articulate design decisions, and work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
  • Agency Workflow Experience: Comfortable working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment with multiple clients and campaigns.
  • Strong typography skills
