Base pay range

$185,000.00/yr - $205,000.00/yr

Must haves (from most priority to least)

  1. 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Commercial IT, with a focus on supporting Marketing teams and digital platforms
  2. Pharmaceutical experience
  3. IT experience and understands the operations around Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva Promat, Customer Data Platform, automation of websites, etc.
  4. Strong relationship building skills and client relation skills – ability to work with 3rd parties, agencies, leaders, etc.

Plusses:

  1. Experience working with Patient Services marketing teams
  2. In-depth knowledge of IT systems relevant to Digital Marketing, including marketing automation, consent management, WordPress website hosting and analytics, digital asset management, promotional material reviews.

Job Description:

A growing pharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Marketing IT Business Partner to join on a perm basis. He/she will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing technology initiatives across the U.S. and Europe. This position will serve as a strategic IT business partner, ensuring deployment, management, and optimization of Marketing technology platforms supporting websites, marketing automation, PRC/MLR and customer data management. The role is critical in enabling marketing success and aligning IT solutions with business needs.

Day to Day:

  1. Collaborate with the Marketing and Commercial IT leadership teams to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Serve as a thought leader in leveraging technology to enhance marketing capabilities and efficiency.
  3. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of key marketing platforms, including:
  4. Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Facilitate marketing automation and engagement tools to improve customer outreach. à 40% of time.
  5. Veeva Vault PromoMats: Support compliant content management for marketing materials. à 30% of time.
  6. Customer Data Platform (CDP): Utilize data insights to enable targeted marketing and customer segmentation. à 15% of time.
  7. WordPress Hosting: Manage website enhancements to support marketing initiatives. à 15% of time.
