Purpose and Objectives
The Director of North America Partner Field Marketing will develop and execute strategies to drive Year-over-Year (YoY) cloud growth through SAP partners. This position reports to the NA Regional Partner Field Marketing Lead in Newtown Square, PA.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Demand Generation & Revenue Management
- Collaborate with SAP partners to deliver against marketing demand generation and revenue objectives within a specific sales territory.
- Work with partners to plan and support partner-led marketing activities, including account-based marketing (ABM), data-driven marketing, digital marketing, and events.
- Review and analyze lead reports with partners to assess the impact of marketing programs on pipeline health.
- Ensure optimal ROI for partner-driven investments and activities.
Strategic Marketing and Executive Expertise
- Work with partners to develop marketing strategies and program plans with a digital-first approach.
- Support partners in executing media plans, community events, direct mail, email, telemarketing, and nurturing activities.
- Ensure partners adhere to brand experience, quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Communicate NA partner field marketing strategy and plans to stakeholders.
- Surface partner customer reference opportunities to the customer references team.
- Increase internal understanding of partner landscape, goals, and marketing strategies.
Event Marketing
- Assist partners in selecting the right events to invest in and provide guidance on best practices.
- Execute co-marketing initiatives at events with strategic partners.
- Host and facilitate community-oriented partner events.
Data & Performance Management
- Leverage reports and dashboards to analyze performance and work with partners on optimization plans.
- Adept in analyzing performance data to improve campaign execution.
- Leverage market intelligence and collaborate with internal teams to optimize partner campaign planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in B2B marketing, with partner marketing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in the IT industry and project leadership.
Ideal Candidate:
A strategic marketer with experience in demand generation, digital marketing, events, and partner marketing.
