A skilled Senior PCB Designer is sought to contribute expertise in schematic capture and PCB layout. The role requires collaboration with electrical and mechanical engineers while maintaining strong communication skills. Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, mechanical housing design, and electro-mechanical component integration is essential. A comprehensive understanding of system wiring needs and wired component interconnectivity is required.

Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, mechanical housing design, and electro-mechanical component integration is essential. A comprehensive understanding of system wiring needs and wired component interconnectivity is required.
Senior PCB Designer Responsibilities
- Execute schematic capture and PCB layout with precision and efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical and mechanical engineers.
- Apply knowledge of PCB manufacturing tools and mechanical housing design.
- Ensure proper electro-mechanical component interconnection and system wiring.
- Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant experience in PCB design (required).
- Skills & Software Proficiency:
- Altium Designer Schematic and Layout, PADS Designer, and PADS Logic.
- Autodesk AutoCAD 2022 and 3D Mechanical Design Software (Autodesk Inventor 2022).
- Basic knowledge of IPC-6012, IPC-6013, IPC-2221, IPC-2222, IPC-222, and ASME Y14.5-2018.
- Proficiency in drafting, dimensioning, and tolerance analysis.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T preferred.
- Soft Skills: Team-oriented with strong communication abilities and customer/engineering awareness.
