Fox News is looking for a CRM Assistant Manager to implement and analyze customer communications across all channels: email, push notifications, and In-App Messages. In this role, you will leverage Braze, an email service provider (ESP) to create and execute marketing campaigns. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with Editorial, Creative, Product, and Business Intelligence to ensure customer journeys are accurate and deliver optimal user experiences. The successful candidate will have a solid CRM background and experience in Braze. The candidate must have a strong understanding of customer segmentation and decision tree design. The candidate must be analytical and technically inclined.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Creation : Create, Q&A, and execute marketing campaigns across all channels including: email, push notifications, desktop notifications, in-app messaging, and digital trafficking
Braze Platform Management : Leverage Braze's user journey setup, real-time triggers, and segmentation tools to optimize customer experience
Data Analysis & Reporting : Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, open rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Optimization : Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and improve customer engagement
Personalization & Automation : Recommend targeted customer-centric communications to optimize customer experience
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely Editorial, Creative, Product, and Business Intelligence
WHAT YOU WILL NEED 3+ years experience with Braze or similar ESP provider
Ability to create user journeys with personalized messaging across multiple touchpoints
Direct response experience is a major plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment and multi-task
Ability to stay on schedule and hit deadlines
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, Airtable, Tableau, Monday, Miro, Slack

This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
