About the Role

As a Project Manager - I, you will play a critical role in driving the success of day-to-day merchant experiences and internal operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate go-to-market strategies for key features and announcements, and own scaled communication efforts to our merchant partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and has a passion for project management and operations.

Key Responsibilities Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination (40%) Analyze merchant experience data and solve problems by collaborating with internal teams. Manage day-to-day go-to-market operations, ensuring that tasks are on track and deadlines are met. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Sales, Support, and Accounting to drive execution and facilitate communication. Act as a liaison between internal teams and merchant partners to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services. Email Campaign Management (20%) Set up, optimize, and manage email campaigns for internal communications or merchant announcements. Ensure that all campaigns are aligned with company objectives and executed on time. Compliance & Process Management (20%) Ensure that all processes comply with internal guidelines and gather necessary approvals for any exceptions. Proactively identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with teams to implement new processes or improve existing ones. Merchant Support & Communication (20%) Connect directly with merchants to understand their experiences, address issues, and resolve ad-hoc requests. Maintain strong relationships with merchant partners and continuously monitor their satisfaction levels. Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in strategy and operations, project management, program management, or consulting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and deliver actionable recommendations from datasets. Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and projects in fast-paced environments. Experience leading multiple projects and workstreams while taking ownership of the execution. Proficiency with SQL (or willingness to learn) to analyze business performance data and deliver insights. Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop solutions for complex challenges. Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience working in an e-commerce or merchant-facing environment. Familiarity with email campaign management and marketing automation tools. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage internal and external communications effectively. Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
