Description

As the Program Manager of Medicare Advantage Marketing, you

will provide tactical support for implementing innovative marketing strategies

and plans for New Century Health Plan's Medicare Advantage Growth Office. This position

will play a key role in supporting the launch and growth of the new UCLA Health

Medicare Advantage Plans. You will:

Develop, maintain, and produce marketing assets, and coordinate targeted campaigns and communications for prospects and members.

Collaborate with internal and external resources to manage creative and media services, write and edit content, and execute website updates.

Ensure all marketing assets comply with CMS marketing guidelines and requirements. Route materials through Compliance, regulatory, and CMS approval processes.

Partner with UCLA Health Marketing & Communications Office, agencies, and vendors to create effective marketing solutions.

Oversee the review and approval process for all prospect, member, and provider-facing communication materials.

Salary Range: $76,200-$158,800/annuallyQualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-directed individual

with:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field or combination of equivalent experience, education, and training

Five or more years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience, required

Healthcare Marketing experience is highly desired

Experience in Medicare Advantage marketing, a plus

In-depth knowledge of concepts, principles and methods of developing and executing promotional marketing strategies

Comprehensive knowledge of presentation development, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and understandable fashion

Works confidently and competently in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and clients

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Experience translating short and long range business plans to internal subject matter experts to aid them in assembling strategic marketing plans

Ability to recognize and resolve conflicts through collaboration, communication and customer (patient and physician) advocacy

Provide input to market research, including competitive benchmarking and audience studies used to inform decisions regarding customer targeting

Strong relationship building and bridging competencies
