Overview:
The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to support the growth and success of Jan-PRO Systems International. This position is responsible for overseeing integrated marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, franchise support, and brand awareness across B2B audiences. Additionally, this role will play a key part in planning and coordinating major company events, in collaboration with other stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth. Execute on the brand's positioning, messaging, and market presence to enhance awareness and competitive differentiation. Lead the creation of integrated marketing plans, including digital, traditional, and omni-channel campaigns for national deployment and local market adoption. Develop and manage the marketing and ad fund budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI. Brand Development and Management
Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity that resonates with target audiences. Drive brand equity through effective storytelling, campaigns, and creative assets. Ensure brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints and channels. Demand Generation and Performance Marketing
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to deliver a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and traditional media Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and systems to improve efficiency and scalability. Lead content strategy, ensuring high-quality, engaging materials are tailored to target audiences. Oversee reputation management initiatives, including review platforms and public relations efforts. Team Leadership and Development
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team to meet evolving business needs. Analytics and Reporting
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and to inform marketing strategies. Provide actionable reports, insights and regular performance updates to executive leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and initiatives. Act as a key stakeholder in the development and launch of new products, services, or market entries. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. 7+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience, preferably in franchising, janitorial services, or multi-unit environment. Proven track record in developing and executing national and local marketing strategies with measurable results, and driving local marketing adoption through training, support, and tailored deployment of national initiatives at the local level. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams. Expertise in digital marketing, traditional marketing, brand strategy, lead generation, and campaign execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders. Key Competencies
