Your role in our mission
- Oversight/Supervision of dedicated call center team by overseeing hiring, training, staff recognition, and performance evaluation.
- Fully engages in real-time performance monitoring to facilitate achievement of service level agreement requirements.
- Ensures inquiries and issues are researched and resolved in compliance with client-defined policies, procedures, and criteria.
- Reviews and approves training curriculum to ensure staff are appropriately trained.
- Continually monitors, assesses, and recommends improvement of the Call Center process
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role with leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry in provider, insurance, operations, or administration, with Medicaid and/or Medicare knowledge and experience strongly desired.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be a resident and work within the state of California.
- Hybrid position: 1-2 days a week in the office as needed for face-to-face and client meetings with the remainder of time remote work.
- Office location: 620 Roseville Parkway, Roseville, CA 95847
- This is a full-time regular salaried (W-2) position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
- For all hybrid positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
- Paid Time Off is not allowed during the new hire's first 90 days of service unless previously approved by hiring manager during the interview or a company holiday.

The pay range for this position is $64,800.00 - $92,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
