Description
The Digital Marketing Manager, Email and Paid will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns that promote Accent Decor's products and brand. This individual will focus on driving traffic and lead generation through digital channels, primarily email marketing, paid media and potential SEO/SEM support. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with digital and reporting platforms, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure consistency with the overall brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across email, and paid media to drive traffic and conversions. Coordinate and execute email marketing efforts including list segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis to increase engagement and conversions. Oversee paid media campaigns (e.g., Google, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn) to drive targeted traffic, ensuring efficient budget allocation, audience targeting, and ROI. Data-Driven Strategy & Reporting: Maintain dashboards to monitor digital marketing performance, analyze data across email, paid media, and SEO/SEM channels, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and drive growth. Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling digital marketing assets that align with brand positioning and customer engagement goals. Work closely with the eCommerce team to optimize marketing strategies and ensure alignment with online sales objectives. Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance. Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the home dcor, retail, or B2B industries. Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns focused on email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid media. Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics and other digital marketing platforms. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo) and CRM systems. Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) such as Shopify or WordPress. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on findings. Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for content creation. Experience in B2B marketing, with knowledge of lead generation strategies. Understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies and conversion optimization. SEO/SEM experience is a bonus
