In-House Marketing Coordinator
Extensive Plastic Surgery Practice.

Job Description
Are you creative, energetic, tech-savvy, and an innovative thinker? Do you know how to build a brand online using today’s digital tools? Are you versed in creating and managing content?
If so, keep reading.
We're looking for a fantastic team player to manage our online social media presence, database, email campaigns, website copy, blog articles, and in-house marketing, including flyers and emails. We are a large four-surgeon practice with many moving parts, so you need initiative and strong conviction to see projects through to execution and meet tight content deadlines.
You should have a command of best practices and trends in social media marketing across various channels and understand how to build a brand to attract a digital audience of prospective plastic surgery patients.
Responsibilities:
Build our practice brand, awareness, and personality to attract new prospective plastic surgery patients. Collaborate and communicate with other departments, internal/external stakeholders, and agencies/vendor partners to maximize outreach and awareness.
Social Media:
- Build and creatively manage the practice’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, a Blog, Web Content, and additional relevant channels.
- Create shareable content using a content calendar with deadline dates.
- Work with other staff members and surgeons to help create content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our practice, surgeons, procedures, and industry.
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
- Explore ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our preferred cosmetic patients through relevant directories and Facebook groups.
Video & Photos:
- You must be comfortable shooting, editing, and posting videos and photos to show our surgeons and practice in the best light.
Email:
- You will use an email platform to send out e-blasts to our current patient list (training provided).
Tracking:
- Track, measure, and report on efforts and ROI regularly.
Note: Additional training will be provided, including database marketing via email, social posting, and content machines to keep a steady flow of content circulating.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience with at least 1 year of marketing a business using social, email, and video.
- Experience in the plastic surgery industry is a plus.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
- Bonus skills: Hootsuite, Hubspot, PhotoShop, video editing, and social post-editing.
This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5 pm.
