The UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that enhance the user experience of our products. He/She collaborates closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements into engaging designs that delight our users. The UX/UI Designer prioritizes user needs through research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing to ensure optimal usability and satisfaction across all interactions.
Job Responsibilities User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing
Analyze user behaviors, needs, and pain points to inform design decisions
Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
Design high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation matches vision
Interaction Design and Usability: Develop user-centric designs that align with business goals
Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness
Design Systems and Branding: Contribute to or maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products
Ensure designs adhere to branding guidelines and enhance visual identity
Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and iterate based on feedback
Conduct usability testing to refine and validate designs
Job Qualifications 2+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
Experience with prototyping tools and creating interactive prototypes
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX and UI design projects
Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar
Background in graphic design or visual arts is a plus
Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field preferred
Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
