MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to develop and evolve standard operating procedures (SOP's).
  • Ability to do all aspects of writing Company documents
  • Accountable for the quality of work
  • Accurate and timely recording of information on specified documents
  • Proper use and care of equipment and materials issued to work area

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • QA/compliance, GMP, pharmaceutical/nutraceutical experience a plus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency using MS Windows and Office particularly Excel and other software products.
  • Ability to interact with employees at all levels within the organization while demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Must be able to understand, speak, read and write in English in order to perform the essential functions of the job as they relate to comprehension of laws, regulations, standards, documents and other internal and external communications.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure
  • Must be able to demonstrate high levels of reasoning
  • Must be able to work without direct supervision


WORK CONDINTIONS

  1. Subject to high noise levels where hearing protection may be required.
  2. Subject to atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors, powders, dust and other particles.
  3. Regularly subject to normal office environment.
