As a Commercial Lines Producer, You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships and maintaining strong partnerships with existing clients. Your expertise in commercial insurance and passion for providing tailored risk management solutions will ensure businesses are protected and prepared for potential challenges. With access to a robust suite of insurance products, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and assess clients' unique insurance needs, presenting customized commercial insurance solutions that include property, liability, workers' compensation, and specialty lines of coverage.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service and consistent communication.
  • Develop and present comprehensive insurance proposals, clearly articulating policy terms, coverage options, and pricing to prospective clients.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to offer clients the most up-to-date and relevant coverage options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new and existing clients.
  • Track and report sales performance and account activities, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Valid Property and Casualty License.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a proven ability to manage concurrent workflows effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • A developing knowledge of commercial insurance markets and supplemental insurance products.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with emerging trends and tools in the commercial insurance sector.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client risks and recommend optimal coverage solutions.
