Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Charcuterie Artist at Lynne-Lee Board & Graze Co. located in Mingo, IA. The Charcuterie Artist will be responsible for creating visually appealing charcuterie boards and grazing tables, selecting high-quality ingredients, arranging meats and cheeses, and maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Food styling and presentation skills
• Knowledge of different types of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in food preparation and food safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the culinary arts is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
