Role Overview:
As the Creative Associate responsible for social media and community management, you will be managing our clients’ social media channels, engaging with their communities, and supporting the growth of their brands’ digital footprint. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for fostering meaningful connections online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality Reels, TikToks, and other short-form video content tailored to client goals and brand guidelines.
- Design visually appealing graphics, images, and other digital assets for campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, emerging platforms, and viral content opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with the creative team, account managers, and clients to develop content strategies that align with broader marketing goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and creative solutions.
- Assist with photo and video shoots, including storyboarding, location scouting, and production coordination.
- Optimize content for various platforms, ensuring it aligns with best practices and platform-specific algorithms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and use analytics tools to assess content performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Engage with audiences by managing comments, DMs, and trends to foster community growth.
- Understand client brands and create authentic, compelling stories that reflect their unique identities.
- Leverage creative techniques to evoke emotion and drive audience engagement.
- Meet deadlines for multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain organized archives of content and digital assets.
- Communicate progress and updates to supervisors and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, or equivalent).
- Skilled in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing abilities.
- Exceptional understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography techniques.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Description:
$50,000 - $60,000 with benefits + bonus program eligibility.
