Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Design Architect with experience in high-end single-family residential projects. This role will collaborate with the architectural team to develop construction documents for unique, modern homes—many of which are seaside properties along the Georgia and South Carolina coast.

Position Details

6-month contract-to-hire with long-term potential
$38-$48 per hour, based on experience
Sandy Springs, GA – Hybrid (in-office to start, then remote flexibility)
Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible start time)

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
3+ years of single-family residential experience focused on construction documents
Proficiency in Revit

Preferred

Experience working on luxury, custom, or modern home designs

Additional Information

Minimal overtime expected
Limited travel (occasional site visits)
Business casual work environment
Background check required
