As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level role focused on transforming complex technical concepts into clear, visually compelling designs that effectively communicate KODE Labs’ value and support impactful marketing initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Visual Asset Creation: Design engaging graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media, email campaigns, presentations, and website content.
- Brand Maintenance: Ensure all creative work aligns with KODE Labs' brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity.
- Collateral Support: Create marketing materials for events, product launches, and client presentations to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Video & Motion Graphics: Assist with editing videos and creating motion graphics to support dynamic marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life through impactful design.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities and creativity.
- 1-3 years of experience and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Strong eye for design, layout, and typography with an understanding of branding principles.
- Familiarity with designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or technology-focused industries is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
