Job Title: Social Media & Video Content Manager

About Us:

We are a business that sells party favors, including a unique party box for twelve featuring a fun cupcake cartoon character. Our product line also includes plush toys, apparel, and games. We’re looking for a creative and skilled social media & Video Content Manager to help us grow our online presence and engage our audience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and integrate all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
2. Plan and schedule engaging posts and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
3. Create, edit, and optimize short-form and long-form video content for various platforms.
4. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and recommend creative strategies.
5. Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and build brand engagement.
6. Track social media performance using analytics and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

1. Experience managing multiple social media platforms for a brand or business.
2. Skilled in video creation, editing, and optimization (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
3. Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
4. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or other editing software.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
6. A passion for fun, creative, and family-friendly content!

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

1. Experience in eCommerce or product-based businesses.
2. Knowledge of social media ads and paid marketing strategies.
