Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA technology.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand automation needs.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, etc.). UiPath is a must and Power Automate is desirable.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process workflows, solution design, and user manuals.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business rules.
• Monitor and maintain RPA bots in production, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary updates and enhancements.
• Identify potential areas for process improvement and propose automation solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Details:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as RPA and hands-on experience in implementing RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Experience in creating attended and unattended robots.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C# or VB.NET, as well as experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of data handling, data manipulation, and database concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer, Power Automate) are a plus.

Pay Range:
$936,000.00 - $1,014,000.00
