Senior User Experience Designer

San Francisco, CA (Remote Working Model) Position Overview: As a key member of our Experience Team, you will independently collaborate with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced Agile environment. Your contributions will span all stages of the design process, including research, journey mapping, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design delivery. Demonstrate excellent interaction and visual design skills, effectively communicating design thinking and rationale during complex discussions. Showcase your passion for exceptional customer experiences along with experience in retail, e-commerce, transactional systems, rewards, or loyalty programs. Lead the UX/UI design of multiple projects, ensuring the design communicates consistent and effective user experiences across various platforms. Conduct user testing and collaborate with our research and product teams to refine your designs based on user feedback. Facilitate workshops and design sprints, identifying user pain points and aligning project teams. Work closely with product and engineering teams to evaluate solutions considering feasibility, impact, and budget. Maintain a growth mindset, embracing feedback and using it to enhance team productivity. Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in user-centered design for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio to showcase your skills. Experience in native mobile app design or responsive design is desirable based on team assignment. Expertise in Visual (UI) and Interaction Design (UX) to produce a balance of consistency, familiarity, and ease of use. Conduct usability testing and user research to ensure designs meet user needs. Be detail-oriented with a strong organizational approach to maintain evolving design processes. Communicate effectively to advocate for your design vision while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Pay Rate:
