About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to lead its global marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and driving global commercial and digital marketing strategies to support the division's growth. This role requires a highly strategic individual with an executive presence, capable of providing comprehensive marketing leadership and oversight. The VP of Marketing will work closely with the division's senior management to enhance the marketing strategy at both the division and business unit levels, and will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders through creative marketing approaches. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior marketing role, with experience in managing large, global marketing teams. The role demands an individual with excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills, as well as the ability to make sound decisions and think critically. A B.S. degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or Master's degree. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical or STEM fields, and experience in leading a shared services marketing team is a plus. A deep understanding of complex and technical products, as well as customer solutions, is essential for this role.
