The Marketing/Proposal Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the firm's ongoing marketing and business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizes, coordinates, and controls activities involved in the preparation of proposals, statement of qualifications and presentations.
  • Develops outline and strategy for proposals in conjunction with technical staff
  • Completes government forms, client questionnaires, press releases, etc.
  • Coordinates, assembles, and prepares materials needed for client presentations and interviews.
  • Maintains and updates marketing information resources (brochures, project experience, resumes, databases, etc.)
  • Participates in the design and development of new marketing materials.
  • Maintains corporate branding strategies, updates website, and creates content for print and social media.
  • Maintains CRM database (Deltek VantagePoint).
  • Coordinates work with outside vendors.
  • Assists with firm sponsored events, including trade shows and conferences.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or related field and at least 4 years of related experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated success in prioritizing workload.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience within a marketing department of a professional services firm.
  • Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint
