Job Description:

The Creative Content Specialist will support our marketing efforts by producing high-quality content across multiple platforms. This is a unique opportunity to use your creativity and technical skills to create social media posts, blogs, and digital assets while following our established brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Photography and Videography: Ability to operate a phone camera or DSLR camera to capture high-quality photos and videos for digital campaigns.
  • Photo/Video Editing: Edit photos and videos to produce polished content for various marketing channels.
  • Blog Writing: Write compelling and SEO-friendly blog posts to drive website traffic and establish thought leadership.
  • WordPress Management: Upload, format, and maintain content on our WordPress website.
  • SEO Knowledge: Assist in optimizing content to improve search engine rankings (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone, voice, and visual style.
  • Independent Workflow: Execute tasks with minimal supervision and quickly adapt to the company's brand identity.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position/role
  • Bachelor's Degree in related area
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and their content formats (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Skilled in photo, video and graphic design editing tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierePro, Canva, or similar).
  • Familiarity with WordPress is required; SEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with a DSLR or high-quality phone camera for photography and videography.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively while following established brand guidelines.
