The ideal candidate will play a critical role in crafting, executing, and refining innovative commercial and digital marketing strategies that drive growth for the division. This position is perfect for a visionary leader with strong executive presence, adept at providing high-level marketing direction and insight. You will collaborate closely with senior management to elevate marketing strategies at both the divisional and business unit levels, building impactful relationships with stakeholders through creative marketing solutions. To qualify, you should have a successful track record in senior marketing roles, and experience managing large, global marketing teams. Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills are a must, alongside the ability to make informed decisions and think strategically. A B.S. degree in a relevant field is essential, and an MBA or Master's degree is preferred. Candidates with technical or STEM backgrounds and experience leading shared services marketing teams will be especially competitive.
