We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and develop effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
# Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive website traffic - Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) - Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters) to attract and retain customers - Conduct keyword research and optimize our website for search engines (SEO) to improve search rankings - Identify and explore new online marketing channels and opportunities to advertise our business and generate leads - Monitor and analyze website analytics and social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness - Collaborate with our team to develop marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns
# Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing - Excellent communication and writing skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and Google Analytics - Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Wix, Google My Business)
# Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Experience with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite) - Knowledge of local SEO strategies and techniques
