Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Marketing Coordinator / Office Assistant role located in San Diego, CA at Sandy Vans. This individual will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing leadership calendars, marketing & event support, maintaining customer communication, and overall chaos management of the company.

Qualifications

1. Executive Administrative Assistance, Marketing Support, and Office Administrative skills
2. Experience in preparing and managing sales / marketing reports
3. Experience working with brand activations, trade shows, events
4. Experience in customer service
5. Strong communication skills
6. Detail-oriented and organized
7. Proficient in office software and tools (Hubspot, Shopify, Gmail)
8. Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus

Starting pay: $20/hr + benefits. Room for growth & opportunities as the company evolves.
