We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. Role Overview:

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ marketing and event strategies. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, crafting compelling content, and coordinating event promotions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a range of clients to help organize and execute successful events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media content calendars for various clients, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) to promote events and client initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage social media campaigns for upcoming events, ensuring optimal timing and audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media activity, including comments, messages, and interactions, and engage with followers to foster community growth.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand event goals and objectives, and tailor social media strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in organizing event logistics and coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new social media tools to continuously enhance our social media strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (event marketing experience a plus).
  • Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Must be based in Nashville, TN, and available to work onsite.
