Job Overview:
As a Media Account Manager at Go Media, you will be the key liaison between our clients and internal teams. Your role will focus on developing and executing strategic media plans that drive brand engagement and maximize return on investment. You will manage client relationships from inception through to campaign execution, ensuring all projects align with both client objectives and Go Media’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand clients’ business goals and translate them into effective media strategies.
- Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service and proactive communication.
Media Planning & Strategy Development:
- Create comprehensive media plans that integrate digital, traditional, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into client strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of media campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time, making data-driven adjustments to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Budget & Contract Management:
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate media rates and contracts with external vendors and partners.
- Provide detailed budget reports and ROI analyses to clients.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive performance reports.
- Utilize analytics tools to derive insights and inform future media strategies.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Use data insights to refine media strategies and keep Go Media’s offerings ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in media planning, account management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-channel media campaigns, including digital, print, TV, and radio.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in media planning tools, digital analytics platforms, and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with programmatic advertising and social media campaign management.
- Familiarity with emerging media trends and digital marketing innovations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
