Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Mostly remote) Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Designer for a 6-month remote position to provide maternity coverage from March-August 2025. This role is perfect for someone who excels in all aspects of product design, including information architecture and multi-step flows, to create comprehensive experiences. The ideal candidate will deliver polished and balanced layouts, use prototypes as a key part of the design process, and solve user problems in creative ways. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to identify opportunities and define design goals aligned with business objectives. Utilize user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring a user-centric approach. Create high-fidelity design deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, user flows) to effectively communicate design intent and functionality. Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, user testing, and performance metrics to optimize user experiences. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design patterns, and UX best practices to introduce innovative solutions. Must-Have Skills: Demonstrated ability in digital product design for web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in design software for creating concepts, prototypes, assets, and specifications. History of leading a user-centered design process from start to finish. Domain Requirement: Experience in the tech industry, specifically working with web and mobile software products, is highly preferred.
