Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bi-Lingual Marketing Assistant to support their marketing efforts in both the US and Latin American markets. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of marketing strategies in the medical device industry. This role will involve supporting the development of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and market research while assisting with communication across regions and ensuring brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating, translating, and adapting marketing materials (brochures, websites, email campaigns, etc.) in both English and Spanish for US and Latin American markets.
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, print, and trade shows.
Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and regional market preferences.
Coordinate and support product launches, ensuring that materials and communications are tailored for the target regions.
Maintain and update company websites and social media platforms, ensuring content is relevant, accurate, and optimized for both English and Spanish-speaking audiences.
Assist with event planning and coordination for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events across the US and Latin America.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing analysis and recommendations for optimization.
Ensure that marketing activities align with regulatory requirements in the medical device industry for both regions.
Provide administrative support for the marketing department, including organizing meetings, scheduling, preparing reports, and managing project timelines.
Foster strong relationships with external vendors, distributors, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Translate and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance for both markets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and branding.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Knowledge of Latin American markets and cultural nuances that may influence marketing strategy and communications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device marketing guidelines is a plus.
Some travel may be required to support regional events or marketing activities.
