37.5 hours/week About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring a Social Media Manager for our client, a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering the Latino community. This organization is seeking a strategic and creative social media professional to oversee their digital presence, execute campaigns, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. This is a contract role (3-4 months) with potential for extension. Job Description: The Social Media Manager will lead day-to-day execution of social media strategies, ensuring content aligns with the organization's mission and brand voice. The role involves content creation, campaign management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to increase engagement and visibility. Key Responsibilities: Platform & Campaign Management: Execute social media strategy across platforms, including organic, paid, and earned campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. Content Creation & Analytics: Develop engaging bilingual content, schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on data. Operations & Collaboration: Manage social media projects, oversee branding consistency, and work with influencers, agencies, and internal teams. Community Engagement: Act as the digital voice of the organization, fostering engagement and meaningful interactions with followers. Mentorship & Leadership: Supervise direct reports, ensuring team collaboration and efficiency in campaign execution. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in social media management, including 2+ years of managing direct reports. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Canva, Adobe Suite, Monday.com. Industry Background: Prior experience in nonprofits or fast-paced agencies is highly preferred. Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish & English is required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Content Strategy: Strong understanding of social media trends, multicultural campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
