Our team is partnering with a client to recruit a Digital Media and Marketing Director.

Where: Metro Phoenix, Arizona Onsite 5 days a week Pay: DOE The ideal candidates will have Agency experience, managing digital media and marketing initiatives and goals for multiple clients. This person must have leadership experience. What you will do and Bring to the team: Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies that drive marketing-attributed pipeline and business outcomes across multiple channels. Lead the execution of diverse digital programs for clients (demand generation, inbound, ABM, etc.) utilizing programmatic, social (paid and organic), PPC/SEM, SEO, content syndication, OOH, CTV, and OTT. Oversee digital marketing operations, including CRM, marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua), and multi-touch attribution models to measure cross-channel impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creative) to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure brand consistency. Manage and optimize digital media resources, vendors, and budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and marketing effectiveness. Provide thought leadership and drive long-term strategy, best practices, and standardization for digital marketing processes and methodologies. Develop proposals and present digital marketing strategies to executive leadership, ensuring seamless execution and transition from prospect to client. 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing Proven success in driving digital growth through paid and organic channels. Strong knowledge of ABM, DSP, SEO, CRO, Web Development, UI/UX and B2B marketing strategies Experience managing large budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
