Xiao Hong Shu . The ideal candidate is well-versed in both platforms, capable of developing engaging content, and skilled in implementing strategies to organically grow our followers. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain BigBang Artwork’s accounts on
WeChat
and
Xiao Hong Shu , ensuring consistent branding and engagement. Create and post engaging, culturally relevant content regularly, including text, images, and multimedia. Develop and implement strategies to organically grow followers and increase engagement. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build a positive online presence. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results. Stay updated on trends, best practices, and platform updates specific to Chinese social media. Qualifications: Proven experience managing accounts on
WeChat
and
Xiao Hong Shu
(portfolio or examples required). In-depth knowledge of Chinese social media culture and trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills in
Chinese (Mandarin)
and English. Ability to create visually appealing and engaging posts using appropriate tools. A proactive and creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Understanding of organic growth strategies and follower engagement techniques.
