Description Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Product Director (Senior Manager), Bispecific Community Expansion Marketing for Johnson & Johnson’s Multiple Myeloma bispecifics (TALVEY and TECVAYLI) located in Horsham, PA. This role will report into the broader TALVEY & Bispecific Market Access Marketing team. The Product Director, Bispecific Community Expansion Marketing is a core member of the brand team accountable for understanding and implementing strategies to influence adoption of TALVEY and TECVAYLI in the Multiple Myeloma disease state, with a priority focus on the community setting. In addition, you will be responsible for driving the strategies to include development and implementation of marketing plans and initiatives, field force partnership and tailored solutions that help customers successfully operationalize and adopt bispecifics across new accounts. This position reports to the Group Product Director, Bispecific Community Expansion. Key responsibilities include: Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy and messaging, to achieve community expansion business goals. Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with Global Commercial Strategy Organization, field teams (including but not limited to Key Account Managers, Area Business Specialists and HEM sales teams), Learning & Development, Real-World Value & Evidence team, and key internal partners. Develop content with learning and development team for account team/sales meetings and ongoing field development to support community expansion strategies. Lead advisory boards, analytics and market research to generate insights for community expansion marketing initiatives in partnership with insights and analytics team. Oversee evolution of bispecific operational narrative and messaging, and pull through to customized resources that instill confidence and accelerate operational readiness and adoption across new community and academic satellite accounts. Oversee strategy and execution of GPO FFS programming in partnership with Oncology Portfolio Strategy & Execution team as well as GPO-centric messaging and education for TECVAYLI and TALVEY. Qualifications: A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful. A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge. A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields. Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication. Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel. Preferred: People leadership experience. Experience in oncology. Experience with products whose dosing & administration profile may require transitions of care, or development of SOPs/protocols and other processes to enable administration of new treatment modalities.
