Let’s do this. Let’s change the world for those living with colorectal cancer (CRC)! In this critical role, the Oncology Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading several marketing initiatives including 1) peer-to-peer speaker programs 2) congress planning and engagement management 3) patient websites 4) team budget. For #3, this individual will have the unique opportunity to manage three patient websites, two for CRC and one for Lumakras in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (working directly with the Lumakras Marketing Director). This individual will report to the Marketing Director and will have the opportunity to help shape overall brand strategy as a key member of the Colorectal Cancer Brand Team including both Vectibix and Lumakras with Vectibix. This role will also have ownership of end-to-end execution on marketing initiatives enabling this individual to further develop a well-rounded set of marketing competencies. Peer-to-Peer Lead: Lead Vectibix physician-based learning program initiatives, including:
Managing the execution vendor IQVIA, the speaker bureau and own the brand’s speaker relationships including supporting speaker training, compliance Partner closely with Legal and Regulatory teams to deliver novel speaker program and peer-to-peer materials in accordance with Amgen standards and principles Congress Lead: Lead CRC congress planning and engagement management, encompassing national, local, and APP congresses, and own cross-functional GI oncology initiatives to elevate HCP interactions
Manage MS Bookings and OL meetings at larger congresses RAE for designated, more focused GI/CRC conferences CRC Budget team lead: Lead cross functional Vectibix budget management process
Proactive budget management with Anaplan Patient Website Lead: Manage patient websites and key patient promotional assets Lumakras NSCLC patient website Vectibix CRC patient website Lumakras+Vectibix CRC patient website Patient Biomarker Cards Contribute to brand strategy, tactics and key priorities for Vectibix and Lumakras; uncover customer insights and opportunities to help refine brand strategy, messaging, targeting, tactics and budget allocation across channels Establish relationships with all agency partners and effectively manage agency; hold partners accountable for high quality work, budget execution, and timelines Demonstrate a sense of shared ownership of overall brand and business unit performance Live and role model the Amgen Values and contribute to a welcoming, engaging, and fun environment of industry-leading performance within the brand team and cross-functional partners What we expect of you
