Develop and implement efficient 3D art pipelines, tools, and scripts to optimize art production workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and prototype technical art concepts that align with project goals. Contribute to the development of shaders, materials, and lighting systems for real-time rendering in AR/VR environments. Participate in technology demos to refine technical art assets based on feedback and emerging trends. Communicate technical decisions and project progress to stakeholders, advocating for high standards in technical art quality and innovation. Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Digital Art, or a related field. Portfolio showcasing technical art skills, including experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#), 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya), and game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine). Strong understanding of computer graphics principles, including 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Must have work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in creating technical art for AR/VR experiences or interactive games. Familiarity with physically-based rendering (PBR) and global illumination techniques. Knowledge of shader programming languages (e.g., HLSL, GLSL) and experience with shader development. Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine for game development, including knowledge of their respective scripting APIs. Familiarity with machine learning and AI-powered tools for art creation and optimization. $6,219/month to $7,800/month + benefits Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
