What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage the employer's marketing technology processes and guide strategic direction Research, recommend, build, and implement new marketing tools Develop quarterly marketing technology roadmaps to optimize implementation Collaborate with growth marketers to enhance their data literacy Work cross-functionally with engineering and data teams to achieve growth goals
What is Required (Qualifications): 1-2 years of experience in user acquisition and data-driven marketing at a high-growth consumer-focused startup, or in a media buying & strategy role at a media agency Strong analytical background with expertise in growth KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV:CAC) Experience collaborating with data and engineering teams Proficiency in translating complex data concepts into straightforward language for marketers Advanced Excel skills and an intermediate understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Expertise in mobile app attribution and tracking (Apple SKAdNetwork, deterministic tracking) Proficiency in web attribution and tracking methods (tracking via pixels, conversion APIs) Self-starter attitude with a resourceful approach to problem-solving
