About:

We're hunting for a Marketing Director who's part creative genius, part data wizard, and all strategic powerhouse.  This isn't your typical "let's make everything blue" marketing role – it's your chance to shape a high-growth and strong core value firm's brand while driving measurable results that make accountants smile. The position reports directly to the COO and works closely with the Managing Partner in our Stamford, CT office.

  • Drive our marketing strategy with the precision of a surgeon and the creativity of an artist, ensuring every campaign ties back to real business impact (because ROI isn't just a fancy acronym). 

  • Lead a dynamic marketing team that's hungry for innovation, keeping them inspired while maintaining the perfect balance of creativity and execution. 

  • Transform our digital presence into a lead-generating machine while making our competitors wonder what kind of marketing sorcery we're practicing. 

  • Own the entire customer journey like it's your personal masterpiece, from first click to lasting loyalty. 

  • Create campaigns that don't just fill the pipeline – they make it burst at the seams. 

  • Turn data into stories and stories into growth, because numbers without narrative are just expensive decorations. 

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's growth objectives and brand values.  

  • Uphold and enhance the firm's reputation by ensuring consistent and positive brand representation across all channels.  

  • Oversee and maximize the implementation of innovative digital campaigns, including SEM, SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing, to generate leads and raise brand awareness.  

  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance. Provide insights based on accountable to ROI and KPI metrics.  

  • Develop and oversee the firm’s marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI.  

  • Work closely with senior leadership, legal teams, and external agencies to ensure integrated strategies and consistent messaging.  

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team that aligns with the firm’s values and objectives. 

  • Manage media and community relationships for marketing-related inquiries.  

  • Collaborate with the client success team to ensure a seamless and positive journey from initial touchpoint to disbursement and after, and development of clients into brand ambassadors. 

You're Our Person If: 

  • You've got 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. 

  • Your MBA is nice, but your track record of building and scaling marketing engines is what really gets us excited. 

  • You can speak "CEO" in the morning, "Creative" in the afternoon, and "Customer" all day long. 

  • You've mastered the art of modern marketing tech stacks and enjoy diving into analytics. 

  • You have proven experience as a leader in a marketing, advertising company or marketing department of a company, with responsibility of oversight of at least a $20+ million marketing budget. 

  • You have a proven understanding of market research and data analysis methods.  

  • You possess deep knowledge of different business functions, including digital, advertising, and product development. 

  • Your leadership style makes people want to run through walls (metaphorically, we like our walls) for the mission.

  • Full-time position based in our Stamford, CT office. 

  • Occasional travel required to our PA and NY offices (pack your strategic planning hat!)

  • 401k Contributions: The firm offers a discretionary match up to 5%. This includes a 100% match on the first 3% of contributions and a 50% match on the next 2%, based on annual compensation.
