About You You are a seasoned marketing leader who thrives on execution and delivering results in highgrowth CPG environments (content paid ads affiliate/influencer and more). You excel at aligning strategies with a visionary CEOs direction while taking full ownership of execution and outcomes. Youre a handson leader who knows how to prioritize optimize resources and lead crossfunctional teams to achieve ambitious business goals. Youre passionate about the details from managing multimilliondollar campaigns to running flawless events. Youre highly collaborative datadriven and organized with a proven track record of scaling marketing efforts to drive growth and customer retention. About The Role As the Head of Marketing you will own the execution of our marketing strategy working closely with the CEO to bring the vision to life. You will oversee all aspects of marketing including product marketing performance mareketing affiliate/influencer content branding events and demand generation ensuring alignment with company goals. This role is critical for driving growth enhancing customer engagement and building our presence in the aesthetics and wellness space. Youll also manage our CRO agency and take full ownership of events—whether inperson or virtual—from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategic Execution Partner with the CEO to translate vision and strategy into actionable marketing plans. Drive collaboration across marketing functions (product marketing branding content and demand generation). Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with RepeatMDs business objectives and growth goals. Oversee all aspects of event planning including budgeting logistics creative direction and postevent analysis. Partner with sales and product teams to ensure events drive measurable outcomes such as lead generation and client retention. Marketing Operations Manage the marketing tech stack including CRM automation and analytics platforms to ensure seamless operations and datadriven decisionmaking. Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and ensure ROI. Collaborate with the CRO agency to optimize paid advertising spend and improve lead quality. Take full ownership of all events including: Inperson trade shows and conferences (e.g. AmSpa TAS VCS). Sponsored events and partnerships. Regional dinners and intimate networking events for key clients. Virtual events such as webinars and product launches. Team Management Build mentor and lead a highperforming marketing team including specialists in brand design content and video production. Ensure clear ownership and accountability across all marketing functions. Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement. Content & Brand Alignment Oversee the creation of compelling content that supports customer acquisition engagement and retention. Ensure brand consistency across all channels campaigns and touchpoints. Collaborate with the content manager and video editor to produce highquality multimedia assets for product launches thought leadership and more. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary liaison between marketing and other departments ensuring alignment on objectives. Deliver regular updates and performance reports to the CEO and executive team. Represent RepeatMD at industry events and conferences as needed.

Key Requirements Experience: 8 years of marketing leadership experience in highgrowth SaaS companies. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in executing marketing strategies that drive ARR growth customer retention and brand awareness. Event Management: Experience planning and executing largescale events as well as regional and virtual programs. Technical Skills: Expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot) CRM platforms and analytics tools. Leadership: A handson approach to leading and mentoring teams with a focus on accountability and results. Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work crossfunctionally and align stakeholders around common goals. Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both internal and external audiences.
