Digital Marketing Manager

OVERVIEW The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and management of all Mona Dermatology digital marketing including Website CMS Management (WordPress), E-Commerce Management (WooCommerce), Website SEO Strategy, Blogging for SEO, Google Ad Words Campaign Management, Organic & Paid Social Media, and Email Marketing. This position requires strong writing skills and extensive experience with writing both short-form and long-form marketing content. This position will report to the Marketing Director with recommended strategies for campaigns and initiatives to coincide with department and business goals. This position will also assist the Director of Marketing with seasonal patient events and other special projects, as needed. Applicant Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communication, or a related field required 3+ years experience in a similar marketing role is required Excellent writing skills are required; applicant should be able to provide examples of past work writing for social media, email, or blog content Strong project management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Experience managing social media platforms, digital marketing, e-commerce, email marketing, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Team player, positive attitude, and ambition to help contribute to a small, collaborative, growing team Proven success with business-side use of social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn Proven success with PPC management using Google AdWords and Meta Experience with email marketing tools such as Constant Contact Experience analyzing marketing-related data to assess and improve campaign performance Proficiency in developing and managing content of WordPress websites and blogs. Proficient with G-Suite tools including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc. Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated to complete projects under tight deadlines. Occasional night and/or weekend work is required (typically for events).
