Based in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA, our full-service Interior Design Studio has been creating stunning residential and commercial spaces for over 30 years.

We’re a tight-knit, fun-loving team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a shared love for exceptional design. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-obsessed, and creative Interior Designer to join our studio, working in-person in picturesque Santa Barbara, CA. What You’ll Be Doing:

✨ Dreaming up incredible designs and bringing them to life—from concept to installation

✨ Working alongside our team to create thoughtful, functional, and beautiful interiors

✨ Researching, sourcing, and specifying the perfect materials, lighting, furniture, and décor

✨ Crafting stunning client presentations and delivering them with confidence

✨ Navigating multiple projects at once while keeping things organized and on track

✨ Having a blast doing what you love with a supportive team that feels like family

What We’re Looking For:

Creative and Technical Skills:

✔ Degree in Interior Design and a minimum of 6+ years of experience at an interior or architectural firm

✔ High-level product knowledge with the ability to research, source, and specify materials, lighting, and FF&E

✔ Ability to lead the development of client presentations and deliverables from concept through construction detailing and specification/schedules

✔ Basic knowledge of building codes and an understanding of technical aspects of architecture and construction

Software and Tools:

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

✔ Bonus: Experience with SketchUp and Revit is a plus

Personal Attributes:

✔ Strong work ethic and excellent time management skills

✔ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

✔ Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

✔ A sense of humor and fun is always welcome!
