About You: You will lead the development of the brand's visual language, aligning it with the company’s vision and values. You like to transform missions and values into a visual language that stops people mid-scroll, sparks emotion, and builds cult-level loyalty in tech and financial ecosystems. As the founding designer, you’ll get to apply a unique blend of design and brand positioning to imagine how we should look, sound and feel.
- 4+ years of experience in design, product or branding
- Preferable experience in a startup environment.
- A portfolio showcasing work in brand visual identity creation, design system development, and high-quality execution across digital platforms.
- You can design flexible systems that scale, and create interfaces that are easily understood by both technical and non-technical users.
- You excel at collaborating with engineers to bring your ideas to life through clear, visual, and verbal communication.
- You care deeply about design, ensuring the final product is refined and meets the highest standards.
- You thrive in a high-trust, ownership-focused environment and are comfortable working across different levels of abstraction.

Responsibilities:
- Brand Visual Identity Leadership: You will lead the development of the brand's visual language, aligning it with the company’s vision and values. Transform our mission and values into a visual language that stops people mid-scroll, sparks emotion, and builds cult-level loyalty.
- Design System Creation & Maintenance: Build and manage a scalable design system that reflects the brand’s visual identity and ensures consistency across all products and platforms.
- UI Accessibility: Ensure that all UI components and design systems meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to provide an inclusive experience for all users, including those with disabilities.
- Design Core Website Features: Own the design of core features and infrastructure for the website, working closely with engineers and taking full responsibility from inception to execution
- Design Core Product Features: Own the design of core features and infrastructure for the web app working closely with engineers and taking full responsibility from inception to execution
- Brand Storytelling: Lead the creation of visual narratives, ensuring that designs are aligned with the company’s values and mission.
- Brand Positioning: Help develop compelling narratives, positioning, and content for Linkedin and X that resonates with customers and differentiates the brand in the market.
- Collaboration: Partner with the CEO, marketing, and GTM to design assets to ensure the success of the company mission and vision
